Grilling Lobster Tails is easy when you follow the recipe shown below.

4 lobster tails with the shell on
4 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
1 fresh lemon
Cut down the center of the underside of the tail to expose the meat.
Pull away the shell from the underside to leave the meat exposed.
Set the grill to medium heat.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter
Add the juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon.
Brush the butter and lemon mixture over the exposed meat.
Place the tails on the grill, meat side down.
Cook for about 10 minutes
Turn the Grilling Lobster Tails over and cook for another 4 minutes.
The tails will curl when done.
Remove tails from the grill with a pair of tongs and serve with a small dish of melted lemon butter for dipping.
