SWEET POTATO FRIES RECIPE

Here's a truly tasty sweet potato fries recipe. Try them dipped in ketchup.INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup Olive oil 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced like steak fries 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt 3/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, drizzle oil over the potatoes and toss to coat thoroughly. Add seasonings (last 4 ingredients listed above) and toss again. Place sweet potato fries in one even layer onto a metal baking sheet. Keep space between them so they get crispy on all sides. Bake in batches. Place into the oven for 10 minutes, then flip them over, and place back in for 10 more minutes. They should be soft on the inside and browned on the outside.
