The Willis Tower Skydeck is an observation deck located on the 103rd floor. It only takes about 45 seconds to get there in either of two specially designed high speed elevators.
The Skydeck is a world famous tourist attraction that overlooks the plains of Illinois and across Lake Michigan to the states of Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
